Despite all the chaos, we managed to have some amazing experiences at Step. The kids loved the water park, and my partner and I even managed to squeeze in a romantic dinner at the resort's fine dining restaurant (no kids in sight!). As we arrived at the resort, things started to go a bit awry. Our room wasn't ready, and we had to wait an extra hour to check-in. Not a huge deal, but it set the tone for the rest of the trip.
